Upon your arrival in Luxor, you will be met by a representative who will assist you with your luggage and transfer you to your Nile cruise. The transfer from the airport or train station to the Nile cruise port is usually a short drive. You will be able to check in to your cruise and settle in before lunch. Enjoy a delicious lunch on board your Nile cruise while taking in the views of the Nile River.
In the afternoon, you will have a guided tour of the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, two of the most important temples in ancient Egypt. Karnak Temple is a massive complex of temples, chapels, and other buildings that were built over a period of more than 2,000 years. It is the largest religious complex ever built and is considered one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. Luxor Temple is a large temple complex located on the eastern bank of the Nile River. It was built by Amenhotep III and Ramesses II and was used for religious festivals and processions.
