سياسة الأطفال
الأطفال من سن 0 إلى 5 سنوات يشاركون مجاناً عند الإقامة مع الوالدين. الأطفال من سن 6 إلى 11.99 سنة يحصلون على خصم 50% من سعر الفرد البالغ (باستثناء الطيران الداخلي حيث تطبق تعريفة شركات الطيران). المسافرون من سن 12 سنة فأكثر تطبق عليهم تعريفة البالغين الكاملة.
سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد
حجز مبدئي مجاني لمدة 48 ساعة دون أي التزام مالي. الإلغاء قبل 30 يوماً أو أكثر من موعد الرحلة يسترد بالكامل مخصوماً منه الرسوم البنكية الإدارية. الإلغاء قبل 15 إلى 29 يوماً يخضع لرسوم 25%؛ وقبل 7 إلى 14 يوماً يخضع لرسوم 50%؛ والإلغاء خلال أقل من 7 أيام من موعد السفر غير قابل للاسترداد.
