In case the diver haven't dived for more than 6 month, the customer will do a diving review that costs an extra US $25 per person. Also, the customer needs to have his open water certificate in addition to logbook.

سياسة الأطفال
الرضع من سن 0 إلى 1.99 سنة مجاناً. الأطفال من سن 2 إلى 5.99 سنة يحصلون على خصم 50% مع مشاركة أسرّة الوالدين. الأطفال من سن 6 إلى 11.99 سنة يحصلون على خصم 30% مع توفير سرير إضافي. الأطفال من سن 12 عاماً فما فوق يُعاملون بأسعار البالغين.
سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد
إلغاء مجاني حتى 14 يوماً قبل موعد الرحلة للبرامج القياسية. بالنسبة لرحلات الدهبيات الخاصة ومواسم الذروة وتذاكر الطيران الداخلي، تخضع الإلغاءات خلال 30 يوماً لسياسات شركات الطيران والمشغلين البحريين. تتوفر إمكانية تعديل المواعيد دون رسوم إدارية عند الإمكان.
