2. Scope of Luxury Services
Amarco delivers tailor-made luxury travel solutions across Egypt, including but not limited to:
- Curated private tours and scholarly Egyptologist-guided expeditions in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Alexandria, and Red Sea oases.
- Charter and individual suite bookings on boutique Nile cruises and private luxury Dahabiya sailings.
- Presidential VIP chauffeur airport transfers, long-distance intercity transfers, and executive luxury fleet hire.
- Custom concierge, VIP airport tarmac Meet & Assist, and bespoke investor transit services.
3. Booking Confirmation & 48-Hour Reservation Hold
To guarantee service availability, custom itineraries require advance reservation. Upon receiving a booking request, Amarco issues a comprehensive itinerary quotation accompanied by a complimentary 48-hour reservation hold on private chauffeur assets and guide allocations.
A booking is formally confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment through our authorized payment gateways or confirmed bank wire. Upon successful clearance of funds, Amarco promptly issues a verified Digital Booking Voucher and official itinerary dossier.
4. Pricing, Currency & Transparent Billing
All prices are quoted transparently in major international currencies: US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), and Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- Quoted prices include all applicable Egyptian taxes, service charges, fuel surcharges, and licensed driver honorariums.
- We do not levy hidden credit card processing surcharges. The total displayed at checkout is the exact amount debited to your card.
- Foreign currency conversions are processed based on official bank exchange rates established on the transaction date.
5. Client Responsibilities & Travel Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure the following documentation is valid and present:
- Passport Validity: Passports must possess a minimum of six (6) months validity beyond your planned departure date from Egypt.
- Entry Visas: Travelers must obtain appropriate Egyptian entry visas (via official Visa-on-Arrival or the official Egyptian Ministry of Interior e-Visa portal).
- Personal Travel Insurance: Amarco strongly advises all clients to hold comprehensive international travel and health insurance covering medical emergency, baggage loss, and trip interruption.
- Accurate Manifest Information: Certain Nile cruises and domestic flight bookings require passport copies in advance to secure mandatory Egyptian Tourist Police checkpoint and navigation permits.
6. Force Majeure & Operational Adjustments
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations if such failure arises from circumstances beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure). These include acts of God, severe sandstorms or weather disruptions, Nile lock maintenance schedules enforced by Egyptian River Transport Authorities, domestic flight scheduling adjustments by national carriers, or official governmental directives.
In the rare event of unavoidable monument closures or route adjustments, Amarco guarantees the provision of equivalent or superior luxury arrangements without additional charge to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Amarco exercises the highest degree of care in vetting and deploying chauffeurs, licensed Egyptologists, and marine partners. However, Amarco shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, or incidental delays arising from third-party airlines, national railway strikes, or unforeseen natural phenomena. Amarco’s total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total booking value paid by the client.
8. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Cairo, Egypt.
